Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit (or full payment, where applicable) is received. Unpaid bookings are held for 48 hours before being released automatically.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 30 days before departure are refunded less any permit costs already incurred. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable once purchased from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a fee of up to 50%; within 7 days, up to 100%.

Liability

We act in good faith as agents for lodges, transporters and park authorities and are not liable for delays or events beyond our reasonable control.
